An introduction to the grooming process which includes a bath & dry, brush out and nail trim.
We also introduce various grooming tools and processes with positive rewards like praise and treats. This is suitable for all breeds but we strongly recommend this intro to grooming appointment for puppies that require regular hair cuts prior to expecting a full haircut on their first appointment.

FAQ
- In the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will result in a $30 + GST no-show charge, which must be paid in order to book a future grooming appointment with us.
- Need a service or time that you don't see online?
- We are a 1 on 1 grooming salon. This means your pet gets 100% of our attention from the time they arrive until they depart. This makes for a far less stressful grooming experience.
- We DO NOT offer daycare services.
- Prices are subject to change based on coat quality, severity of matting, additional time required to complete the job, difficult or challenging pets & pet size. We endeavour to be transparent and up front with our pricing & services, however at times, adjustments are necessary.
- We reserve the right to refuse service and/or end grooming sessions at any time with difficult or aggressive pets
- By booking services online you are agreeing to the Terms of Agreement for our grooming services & that refunds will not be provided for no-shows
Reactive or Nervous Pet?
We believe that all dogs deserve the same opportunities.
We do take nervous & reactive pets for grooming services so long as they pose no risk to the safety of our staff. If we know your dog has triggers or is dog reactive we do our absolute best to ensure they are the only pet in our closed off grooming area. We MUST know at the time of booking so we can carefully control the flow of other customers & appointments for that day.
