What Services Do You Offer?
We offer FULL grooming services! You can book online or call us directly.
Our grooming services are scheduled to allow the right amount of time for your dog. We provide everything from simple baths for short-haired breeds, to full haircuts for doodles and other challenging coats, plus à la carte options like nail trims and brush outs.
We also host sedation-free dental cleaning on specific clinic dates! Click the Teeth Cleaning link to learn more.
Our self-wash station lets you bathe your dog in a professional tub with quality products and dryers — keeping the mess out of your home while making bath time easy and fun. (Call to book.)
We are Fear Free Certified and one-on-one groomers. We endeavour to ensure the calmest environment for your pet. For this reason we DO NOT offer daycare or petsitting services and greatly appreciate prompt pick up for your pet.

Do you have a weight limit for grooming services?
No, we welcome dogs of all sizes. However, for dogs over 80 lbs we ask that you call to book, so we can ensure enough time and the right setup for their appointment.
Do You Trim Dog Nails?
YES! You can book nail trim appointments online here!
Do You Handle Reactive or Aggressive Dogs?
We're open to seeing if your pet is the right fit for us. We're happy to do a meet & greet as many times as necessary to build trust with your dog until they're comfortable being handled by us. This can be a lengthy process and cannot be rushed. However, we do not want to put our health & safety (and limbs) or your dog's health & safety in jeopardy. If we are unable to handle your pet safely we simply refer you to your vet.
We are a one-on-one groomer to ensure the calmest environment for your pet. This means that our team will always do their best to create a calm and supportive environment for your dog’s needs.
Please let us know at the time of booking if your dog has specific triggers or sensitivities by adding notes in the online booking form or contacting us directly.
Do you sell "enter dog food brand here"?
Maybe?! Check us out in store or online! We sell a large volume of kibble in all shapes, sizes, flavours & price points!
Do you have puppy things?
Heck yes we do! We have everything you might need for all life stages.
Do you have parking?
Sure do! There is parking behind the store, street parking out front and in the neighbourhood streets.
